did you have a look at
SetUp>Access SetUp
and
SetUp>User Accounts SetUp

yes, looks like it takes some massaging, adding years, changing the active year, deleting unused years, to get were the year is fiscal and active with the year after 2017

seems to be an annoyance but still works

sorry, I dunno
just wondering why you are using an old version?

ideas
use web mail
use a different program to view the pdf

sorry, I dunno

what version of php are you using? is ssl enabled?
purge your browser cache?

maybe you can reinstall the old version?

do you have access to the database, like phpmyAdmin ? maybe you can delete the user password just in case it's not getting over the wires properly?
and of course, backup backup backup

Thank You notrinos, the themes, extensions, and COAs seems to be working now

The HRM module is a much needed extension that will help elevate FA.  Thanks for everyone's hard work on this much needed module.

From reading the forum, it has had numerous corrections/changes/modifications and it looks like they are spread out over several modules/programs/lines of code.  Have any of the change been consolidated in "one place" so we can just install it and have it work?  Thank you in advance.

sorry, I dunno

since I installed 2.4.14 the extensions, COAs, and themes seem to be broken, can't tell if the repo is down or there is a bug?

linux

on my softolisious install of 2.4.14 Extensions, themes, and COAs don't work
tried the recipe here and no joy

error
Cannot download repo index file.

is the repo gone?

I just installed 2.4.14
using softoliciuos

the COAs, themes, and all extensions look like they are broken, nothing shows up

I would guess it has something to do with the new PHP

unfortunately there arnt enough people using FA to keep the forum lively

Thanks notrinos!
Looks like that works.

Thank You kvvaradha for your feedback.
I'll have a try at those suggestions.

The browsers, I did try 3 different ones and got the same results.
I put 2.4.10 back in and it started working fine again.

Thanks Again and Merry Christmas 2021!

I tried to install 2.4.11 over 2.4.10
I keep getting the login screen every time I click on a menu item.

Put 2.4.10 back on and everything started working fine again.

I'd try to put a bug report on matis but I don't know how or have an account.

HI FA forum!
I just did an update from 2.4.10 to 2.4.11
2.4.10 was working just fine

FA is running on debian 11 on a VitualBox VM

I can get logged in OK
but now every time I click on a new menu item I get kicked back to the login screen

but if I login from localhost it doesn't do that, FA works fine

Probably some hiccup with VirtualBox.

Any tips appreciated.

Merry Christmas 2021!

I had 2.3.18 installed and it seemed to be working.
All I did was copy new 2.3.19 files up to the frontaccounting directory and it seems to be running fine. Login screen says 2.3.19
Is that all there is to it for an update/upgrade?

I'm still studying frontaccounting, looks really cools so far. I have it running in VirtualBox under a debien wheezy server install.
