Purpose

GST Option for either of:

  • Invoice (tax payable or claimable on invoice)
  • On payments basis

This module tax report (cash basis) handles the payments basis. Many NZ and Australian companies will benefit from it.

It adds:

  • Summary Totals Inquiry screen to the General Ledger and Banking menu to show
  • Total Gross or Net Sales and Purchases
  • Total GST collected and paid
  • Detailed report to show the transactions that make up those totals

The transactions are selected on the date the :

  • Cash was received for any sale
  • Payment was made for any purchases
