Purpose
Some Currency symbols and other characters are not present in the default ISO 8859-1 character set which otherwise has all the other characters needed. Choose an appropriate character set to alleviate such lacunae.
EURO Fix
The ISO 8859-1 character set doesn't support the EURO (€) symbol. Use ISO-8859-15 or UTF-8 encoding instead.
