I created the file faillog.php in dir tmp/   There was a file with the same name and I overwrite it.

Still does not print  and no further entries in the error log

Contents Now of the faillog.php file that is after I tried printing once more

I copied the  Master.zip files in to the FA directory as directed ... I am afraid it does the same thing as with version 2.3.24 .  Still No reports are generated

Updated the Ui_controls.inc file as directed 

function output_hidden()
{
    global $hidden_fields;
    if (isset($hidden_fields) && is_array($hidden_fields))   
        echo implode('', $hidden_fields);
        $hidden_fields = array();
 

Still does not print.  Further I don't see any new entries in the /temp/errors.txt file

In my case with the upgrade  from ver 2.3.22 to 2.3.24

Is and has been installed on a XP platform for quite some time,  running both Chrome and IE8 browsers

In both browsers case no pop up window appears when printing a SO, Inv, CN etc etc as it normally does in ver 2.3.22

In the errors file I have extracted the following:

Each error obviously occurs when trying to print any one of the  documents.

Its not the same thing is it Joe,   

we want something to prompt us to say "are you sure you want to delete......"  after hitting the canceling/deleting icon

Janusz - in my case yes, 

On the side I was wondering if activating Auth_LDAP  might not have caused it ?

I have the same problem .....  reset the MD5   admin password to  5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99  'password'

Still get : Incorrect Password

The user and password combination is not valid for the system.

If you are not an authorized user, please contact your system administrator to obtain an account to enable you to use the system.
Try again

This makes sense, I am using XAMPP so now I will enable Mercury mail.

Dont tell me google is my friend .... read the message below of the 1st of April and see where the breakdown in comms came in

Tried to signup 5 x to the mantis server got APPLICATION ERROR #2800
the system complains about entering the verification code twice

Looking through the smtp.php file I see a lot of refrence to "localhost" as a mail server. Should I be running a Smtp server on th host as well  ?
