Looks from the video, the NAP Online uses FA v2.3.x.
All these videos are usable for the most part for FA too.
They are very well produced.
If i want to Lock the reconciled transactions in FA 2.4 How can i do it.
Regards and thank you very much for your reply
Take a backup of the FA before and after the reconciliations and do a diff (http://www.winmerge.org). That will give you a clue to use a different DB username with edit permissions for the affected field(s). This is only a quick 'n' dirty fix that you can revert from after the deed is done.
I’ve run into this issue before in other accounting software, and honestly, it’s kind of a pain not having a built-in lock feature after reconciliation. In FA 2.4, I didn’t see a simple way to lock reconciled transactions without some workaround or tinkering. What I used to do was keep regular backups and track any changes just in case someone went back and edited things, which feels like extra hassle. There’s definitely software out there that’s more direct with locking edits or permissions right after a task is done. For video work, I use an mkv editor that lets me lock down versions to avoid unwanted changes, which is way less stressful for keeping things intact.
