I would like to have GMAIL SMTP functionality to all my orders sending out in Frontaccounting ERP, like invoices,po,orders,receipts and everything which relates to email going out from PHPMAILER in frontaccounting to GMAIL SMTP so I can use a save way to send emails out in frontaccounting.

On the other hand I also need a way to UPLOAD .PDF file to all my I dont want to have this a required field but if I need to upload a PDF file I want that PDF file to go along with the order when created.

Please let me know if you can do this.

I dont think if you clearely understand my question, I know FA, generates a PO in PDF I am asking for another PDF file which we generate from our shipping system so basically I am asking to send the PO generate by FA plus our shipping document which is a PDF to send along with the PO GENERATE BY FA, so will have 2 PDF FILES.

Thanks for your response, basically we need to attached shipping document when creating a PO, therefore we need to find a way to attached a PDF file which should go along with the Purchase order that will save so much time.
