is there anyway that I can upload a .pdf document when creating a PO which should go along with the purchase when done creating it and then email as an attachment,

When creating the PO you will have a link to email the order.
If you want to do this later you will have to go to the Supplier Reports and select the PO and select Email.
In both cases you must have a valid email set on the supplier.
The pdf file is scrambled when normal printing, but you can save it as a file and in the pdf reader you can possible also email it. But you don't have the automatic interphase then.

Thanks for your response, basically we need to attached shipping document when creating a PO, therefore we need to find a way to attached a PDF file which should go along with the Purchase order that will save so much time.
I dont think if you clearely understand my question, I know FA, generates a PO in PDF I am asking for another PDF file which we generate from our shipping system so basically I am asking to send the PO generate by FA plus our shipping document which is a PDF to send along with the PO GENERATE BY FA, so will have 2 PDF FILES.
I was able to complete that task I can upload the PDF file and i can also send that via my GMAIL SMTP SERVER, here is the screen shot.
