Topic: Gmail Setup and Uploading Document option when create Orders

I would like to have GMAIL SMTP functionality to all my orders sending out in Frontaccounting ERP, like invoices,po,orders,receipts and everything which relates to email going out from PHPMAILER in frontaccounting to GMAIL SMTP so I can use a save way to send emails out in frontaccounting.

On the other hand I also need a way to UPLOAD .PDF file to all my I dont want to have this a required field but if I need to upload a PDF file I want that PDF file to go along with the order when created.

Please let me know if you can do this.

I'm not sure what you are asking regarding gmail smtp functionality. Documents can be attached in Setup - Maintenance - Attach Documents.
