So options:-

1. pdf in landscape - horizontal
2. Download in excel

3. You can modify the customer balance report:-

Copy the file reporting/rep101.php to company/xx/reporting where xx is the company number, (0 for only one company)(after the file has been modified you will need to copy it to any other companies you require the report for)
You can now modify the report in company/xx/reporting without changing core files

Around line 130 you will see the following:-

130:     $cols = array(0, 95, 140, 200,    250, 320, 385, 450,    515);

0, 95 is the width of the 1st column 95, 140 is the width of the 2nd column etc

Look at the report see what columns you can reduce in width and adjust accordingly, you will then have extra space for the # column.

Looking at it, column 4 (due date) can be significantly reduced also columns 5 and up a little each, but those will depend on your currency

All numbers must increase. the 515 can be changed to 550 which gives you an extra 35 for starters
With a little time and patience you should be able to increase the 2nd column width.

Try the above 1st, if you still need more width in col 2, there are further options

If I'm understanding this correctly, you could use the existing 'recurrent invoices', which should meet most of your requirements.
Recurrent invoices can be used for an individual customer or more importantly for you by 'sales group'. A customer can be assigned to a sales group and then the same invoice can be assigned to all customers in that sales group. You would not have to use the 'recurrent' part of the existing system.
Read up about the recurrent invoices in FA here and here. You will also have to use invoice templates read here and necessary relevant pages.
Are you using invoice templates? It's possible that invoice templates may help you?
Please note this will not give you a single page, you will probably have to create a separate report for this.
I suggest you create a 'training company' and practise with recurrent invoices first as it may take a while to fully understand the process and all its variables.

It looks like you need the

-ibdata1

-ib_logfile0

-ib_logfile1

files as well, your zip file doesn't have them.

Look in the root of xampp\mysql\data, they should be there.

Also i think you need the name of the database, which would be the name of the folder you got your .frm .ibd files from or confirm it is 'news'

What happens if you create a new xampp installation and copy the above files there? Make sure mysql is off before you copy the files.

Googling 'restore mysql database from ibdata and .frm files' brings up lots of good suggestions

You can still use 'The reference column is printed in the customer balance report.'

Hi, what tax have you assigned the item you are selling/buying?

In transaction inquiry page, you can search by all customers or only a specific customer. You can also narrow the search by selecting a transaction type or change the date range. Update results table by clicking 'Search'.

The 'Reference' field when you create sales order can be amended with your customers order number, so '008/2018' could become '008/2018 ON-5678330' and to confirm this is the value that will appear in the 'Reference' column of the transaction inquiry/allocation inquiry page.

You can also adjust the number of rows retrieved per page by changing the value of Query page size: in Preferences

The reference column is printed in the customer balance report.

It won't solve the problem, just eliminates a number of options

I'm guessing you may have activated search in Setup -> Company Setup, untick the search checkboxes and click update

If you do require search as you have a lot of customers and items read the wiki scroll down to the section titled 'Many Items?'

You need to know if your server settings are correct, you can either go through all php/ apache/ curl /etc settings individually or do a fresh installation, if everthing works in the fresh clean installation, then it's probably something you've done in the existing installation.
A fresh install of 2.44 in another directory will not affect your existing installation, it will prove if server settings are ok, and you can always use it as your 'Training company'

No delete them using the red cross in 'Installed Extentions' after first deactivating them. Then check in the modules dir that they are all deleted

To prove your server, do a clean install of 2.4 and try installing extentions.

But as you've already asked it...

Go to Banking and General Ledger -> Bank Accounts, you can add as many account as you require and define your 'default' account.

FA takes a little time to learn, you will need to read - to learn how to use the program and get the best out of the program. This investment in time will be repaid when you see how much time FA can actually save you
Clicking help in the top right corner of any page of the program will take you to the relevant wiki page.
The wiki contains most of the info you will need to know, most of the rest you can find in this forum.
