Modified

I have made minor modification in report 104.
Additional functionality:
1. Someone can select to sort the list by Item description or by Item code
2. Someone can print GP% or Base price

There are two pdf forms. The existing form in case GP% is shown and a slightly modified using HEADER type 2.
