Topic: Update General Ledger Account doesn't work

Running FA 2.3 I'm trying to update a GL Account, however when I select the account I want to update, it don't get the update nor delete buttons.
Also the screen doesn't show me the appropriate information.

I have several companies setup and have this problem only with one of them. When selecting another company it works fine.

Did check the R/W rights on the specific company subdir and access is fully granted.

Any suggestions as to where to look?

A suggestion: delete the contents of the js_cache directory under the company/x directory. I think this is OK to do (can the itronics/joe confirm?)

Tx 4 the suggestion. Took a backup of the js-cache dir, deleted the content. However nothing changed.

Sounds like a permissions issue for the logged in user. Try logging in as Admin and if not enabled check the rights.

Strange issue. I see no logic reason for different behaviour for various companies.
Deleting js_cache content is safe anyway.
