Topic: how to delete sample/exisiting transactions quick?
installed FA with sample transactions in it, i want it gone including he existing chart of accounts. Id like to start from scratch.

Check the 'Download - Chart of Accounts' section for new, empty databases. I have also just sent a 'empty transactions' script to the guys which you may see in the download section in the next few days. You should only use it if you're familiar with PHP and MySQL - it's not really an end user tool.
