Topic: setup tow companies in FrontAccounting in the same database

When I create another company previous companies remove I use 2.3 v.

How can I create tow Company in the same Database .

FrontAccounting does not remove old companies when you create new one. You have to create new companies via Setup/Create/update companies menu option.
