Topic: Invoicing Services for Partial Hours

Is there a setting that allows me to have partial hours for invoicing? FA forces whole number hours only, but I'd like to bill in quarter hours and half hours (like 1.5 hours, 1.25 hours, etc).

Assume there are 96 "Quarter Hours" in a day and proceed.
