Topic: Backup file = Zero "0"

Hello All,
Happy New year everyone.
I just discovered that when I do my backup in FA, It backup fine. But when you look at the backup file, it is empty. Its Zero.

How do I correct this?

mmmh... please, how do you do the backup?
Some of us do full machine backups daily.
It would be good to know what you are backing up, and how.

What's the underlying operating system? what setup do you have?

Oh, ok, you mean the FA backup button from the Setup tab...
