Contacts are deleting without prompting confirmation

Hello Team members,

I am using FA more than a year. And yesterday by mistake i clicked on delete button of a contact, it deleted immediately, there was no prompt to ask like do you want to delete this contact? . No nothing prompted.   

But it works in customer delete, supplier delete.   Can someone helps me to get it shorted.
