Topic: Customize email templates

Hi,

I would like to customize the email templates when mailing invoices, quotes, receipts and statements. Where can I access these scripts?

The customer field is also not populating in emails i.e.

Dear ,

Attached you will find  Invoice No. HSE0002-21

email scripts can be found in reporting/includes/pdf_report.inc and reporting/includes/class_mail.inc

If you have created a branch for each customer created (This is default) I believe you need to make sure branch and contact info is completed and correct
