Topic: I can't add suppliers FA version 2.4.9

Once you have filled in the data of the first provider, I click on "Add new provider details", and it changes to a screen that only shows a link with "Back" and does not record the data.

how can i repair it?

You can check error files and view which is the problem, like a first option...
