Topic: New Company not being created

Hi,

I am trying to create a new company in FOffice. I have logged in as admin in the training company, 0.

I have gone to add a new company and the following error occured:
1) Undefined Index: tbpref in file /home/sites/knead.co.uk/public_html/account/admin/db/maintenance_db.inc at line 90

2) Cannot open the extension setup file './company/1/installed_extensions.php' for writing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea about message #1. There is no reference to tbpref in maintenance_db.inc at line 90.
Also the second message is never displayed during company creation. This one can appear when related company folder is not writable for www server, during extension installation/activation.

on a fresh install... I saw a weird SQL error that I did not see on a previous install.
the previous test install had 0_*** and 1_***

So on a lark, I redid install w/ tables.  looked at database and had more than one training company and the sql error went away for first display after install so long as I had more than one training company in database... may be something w/ the latest security release? 

No biggie - just a weird observation, sorry I did not take notes.
