Topic: Print Receipt for previous payment accepted

Somewhere down the line I added a customer payment and failed at that time to print its receipt.

How does one go back to a previous payment and print the receipt?

Hello,

You can enter into Customer Transaction inquiry and find the customer payment. On the right, there is an option to print the receipt.
