Topic: Budget Entry - not working for new Accounts
Hello. We were on Front Accounting (FA) 2.3.? and our provider upgraded us to 2.4.5 a few months ago.
We had a variety of issues but everything seems to be working now except we are having issues with budget entry
1. If an account had a budget prior to the upgrade, we can change that data. For example, Income account. We had already entered a budget amount for 2019 year. So now we can change those numbers, but if I try to enter a budget amount for 2020 year, I do not get any error message, but the data is not saved.
2. New accounts or accounts with no 2019 budget. When I try to enter a budget, I do not get any error message, but the data is not saved.
I am signed in as the system admin. I would appreciate any suggestions on what to do to try to resolve this problem
