Topic: Unable to Install Update Modules

I have allocated Level 3 Administrator permissions but receive a message that I lack permission to use this feature upon pressing the button.

I have already uploaded all the files from the local folderREPGEN to server folder /modules/repgen

Any help would be appreciated.

Some site wide administration options are available only for admin of first installed company. This admin is considered as site admin.
