I fail to see where/how to set up budgets. Essential for NP company.

Hello,
Try to look in the Banking and General Ledger tab, just below Journal Entries. You can also make budget on dimensions.

Thanks, I must be too tired. I just overlooked it. That is even where I would have expected it to be.
