I am not sure if I understand what you mean. The manufacturing is very complex.
Why not try your thoughts out at the demo site
This is the best way to see, if FA fullfills your requirements.

Hello, I want to ask about work order isssue. What is the concept of work order issue? What is this for? Is it for additional material that is not defined in BOM? Why is the stock moves calculated even before the manufactured item finished?
Materials are issued from stock / purchases for use in a work order for processing.
They may be in addition to those in the BOM and may be issued multiple times during manufacturing process.
When material is moved from stock for manufacturing they need to move out of the warehouse and hence the stock_moves - only after this can manufacture start / resume.
Refer the Wiki which is quite comprehensive.
can any one help me to give me insight about manufacturing flow in FA from BOM to the finished goods
