Topic: How to add/print a new column to Sales Quotation / Invoice

Hi All,

I am new to Front Accounting , so excuse me in advance if I m asking something easy or already discussed.

How may I add /print a new column to sales quotation right next to Item Description ?

This column is supposed to show the condition of the item . So instead of editing the desc all the time , adding a new column would do a great job .

I did it somehow !

Needs to be changed :
-Add a column to sales_order_details table (let s say X )
-/sales/includes/sales_order_db.php
get_sales_order_details function , add your new column to SQL query

change rep111.php and doctex.inc in reporting folders accordingly

Now I need to insert a textbox in Sales Quotation Entry page like Qty or Discount input box.

How to do that and insert the data to the order_details table ?

Is there any documentation  which would lead the way for this kind of alternations ? Am I missing it ?
