I Would like to add a new chart account for my country "Sao Tome e Principe" in Frontaccounting.
How i can do it??

Take the en_US-new.sql and modify it for your country and use it. Various charts are listed here for your reference.

its better, you can use the GL accounts to make changes.
if you want to use the newly created COA for new companies you can do the following steps.
copy your newly created COA to the sql directory, before installing new one. than proceed the new company creation, you can see an option to select custom coa. there you can choose your newly created COA.
else you can go with Gl accounts. its easier to make changes on the current installed FA.

If you edited the en_US-new.sql to suit your country, then rename it as your country sql file and upload it to your sql folder in the server and create a new company with it. Expect you will use the stable Euro instead of the STD.
