Topic: Returnable Items

Hi! Friends,

I am new to this forum and FA. I want to add returnable items which has been tracked locations and transactions. Please guide me. (Eg. Industrial Gas Cylinder tracking)

When you bill the customer, just bill it as 2 items, one for the gas and the other for the empty cylinder and track the latter.

Hi there... We are interested in the same subject. Could you explain a little further on how to track the empty cylinder? I understand that it is sold as zero price.. then how is it returned? or should we work with assets? Thank you for your help.

Sell Cylinder at say $10 per piece and credit-back as and when returned. If there is no price, tracking is difficult in the db.
