In Direct Invoice when I change the Customer: and Branch:, the Deliver from Location: and Cash account: doesn't change

You have 'Cash account' displayed so I understand you have cash sales selected.
In this case the two parameters are get from POS definition, not the customer/branch.

You have to set both credit and cash sale set in your POS. Then sale is set according to default in customer settings, but you can change it during invoice entry.
