Topic: Setting Up Headoffice, and two branch offices on FA

Hello,
Please l need your advice on how to setup frontaccounting (FA) for a single company that have Headoffice, and two branch offices in different locations but want to access & post their data directly to their Headoffice FA Server.

l will appreciate your help.

You can use the dimensions for that. Have a look in the Wiki about that.

Thanks Joe for your reply. l have study the  Wiki on dimensions and l understand l can use dimensions for both headoffice and other branches which is good me.

Question
In those two branches they sell hotspot ticket (Pin Code) for people and we have POS Machine for payment,  please how do l go about this on FA for those two branches to enter transaction at the close of  business?

So, Headoffice can check all their income and expenses  in those two branches.

l will appreciate your help.

I am not sure I am the right person to advise you on that. Maybe sombody in the audience can do that.

Create a user to man each POS or use textcart extension to batch import POS transactions into FA with the appropriate Dimension code.
