Topic: Import Multiple Journal Entries

HI I have installed this module and activated it, whenever I click on the link it just goes to a blank page. does anyone know why this is and how I get it to work?

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

Please set the global flag, $go_debug in config.php to 1 or 2 to trap any errors.

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

Thanks where do I get the results of this from?

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

It should be written on the screen.

Also have a look into the file
/tmp/errors.log.
This will also log severe errors.

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

HI Nothing is appearing on the screen it is just blank and no error log is created for this. I have changed the setting to report it but it does not create the file.

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

I have just checked and it is a 500 server error

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

Please clear the browser cache and delete temporary internet pages as well as cookies.

Maybe somebody can help us further here.

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

Installation showing, but not clickable
=======================

I downloaded both "Import Multiple Journal Entries" and the "Import Paypal Transactions".

I activated them both and they are visible  in the "Banking General Ledger" tab.

Also, I can see them installed on my server using phpmyadmin.

However, the links are greyed out and not clickable.

Could someone point out what I need to make them clickable?

(I activated them in setup.)

Lastly, could I just use phpmyadmin to import a csv file, using the field structure presented in the "Import Multiple Journal Entries" documentation?

Thanks for listening!

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

Look into Access Setup and see if it is cheched for you user role.

Re: Import Multiple Journal Entries

Thanks, Joe,

Checked the User Roles and it worked.

BTW, remind readers to logout/login.

But, the Paypal Module works, but when I click the "Import Multiple Journal Entries" ("IMJE"), nothing happens.

I see the IMJE link, which is clickable, as is the Paypal one.

Still, I don't see a form to choose a file to upload after clicking on IMJE, as I do after clicking on the Paypal module link.

Thanks for your kind help, Joe.
