1.Customer, Suppler, Employee and other business contact try to make it as one (business contact
2. Some type of ledger we require some calculations (like interests, tax on another tax)
3. Dimensions - If possible 1 make as category 2 for its subs
4. Gross profit in Profit and loss View
5. Complete Alternation facility to sales and ledgers
6.  Customer Transaction View   Type Selection required multiple selections
7. Item tax select facility required (Because tax rate different accounting to the sales type, location)

8. Compound Unit (X unit * Number = Y Unit)

9. Manufacturing process - Multiple process of manufactures

I don't know what you mean with these issues. Most of them are in some way already implemented. It is a matter of setting up things correctly. Have a look at the Wiki.

Given no research went into this list and there are no details, I guess it can just be ignored.
It's kind of like those third-worlder requests for support on websites that say things like:
- I have trouble with xyz. Plz fix for me. Plz.
