Topic: 500 Internal Server Error

I am getting the above error when I go into some transaction items in the Sales, Purchases and Inventory TABS and yet when I go into transactions for other TABS eg Banking and General Ledger everything is working perfectly.

Please help as this is very frustrating.

Is there any indication in your server error logs as to what's generating the 500?
