Topic: Russian language (UTF8 request)

Because I have to write descriptions and names in russian and be able to read it after. So I have to use UTF8 encoding. Is there way use UTF8 instead of ISO8859?

As far as I know tclim made a patch to be able to use such a wonderful thing as UTF8. If it is so, it is great! Could you share link to this patch with me?

No patch is needed. Just set utf-8 encoding in Russian section at lang/installed_languages.inc. When you have translation file ready, please share it with FA community. You can  send it to contributions mailbox.
