how to add in our company terms and condition as a footer on sales quotation only. We need different footer or is there any other way to do it.

For sales quotations you can use the 'Comments' field for this information.

For Invoices you can set the 'Legal Text' in company setup. If you need this info to also go into other documents, then look into file /reporting/includes/header2.inc. You can change it here.

we use comments to add our company terms and condition. Is there any way we can set it to the left margin instead of same row with the Item description and can we do underline and bold for the text.
