Topic: Backup and Restore Database doesn't works

Houston we have a problem...

After I entered the Backup and Restore Database in the Setup Menu, i made a backup. The back up file comes up, but it's empty.

Why?

Set the $go_debug flag in config.php to 1 and see what is reporting when you make a backup.

Are you downloading the backup or just saving it to the server disk?

When it comes up empty are you trying to View it online?

I still don't know what's wrong. But I go to server directory and search for the backup file. It exists but not empty. So I simply download it via FTP. PROBLEM SOLVED.
