Topic: problem installing in languages other than EN - part II

Hi!

I noticed another problem with file "gettext.php". Despite the installation of languages other than standard (EN) in the file "errors.log" there is an error "code language "pl_PL" encoding "iso-8859-2" not supported by your system."

Can you help?

Re: problem installing in languages other than EN - part II

Well, seems gettext is just not configured  to support pl_PL with ISO-8859-2 on your system. Search in forum  how to setup Linux system to  support any language/encoding you wish.

Janusz,

my problem occurs under MS Windows 2008 SRV. Maybe Joe knows the solution?

best regards

Re: problem installing in languages other than EN - part II

You are right. This test should never be done on WIN OS. This will be fixed in 2.3.3.

Big thank you! when can we expect version 2.3.3? Or maybe just something off in the sources?

Re: problem installing in languages other than EN - part II

This is the error message I am getting when starting to install
Missing system locale: sh_BA.iso-8859-2

Re: problem installing in languages other than EN - part II

Check your system documentation to find how to set up locales on your server.
