~line 198:
changed:
$name = $myrow["debtor_no"]." ".$myrow["name"]

to

$name = $myrow["debtor_no"]." ".htmlspecialchars_decode($myrow["name"])

Allows "&" to display as "&" and not "&"

This has been committed to stable 2.4.7 repo. Was also fixed on the Top Suppliers.
