Topic: looking for a real estate module

Looking to replace Sales, inventory etc.. to make FA work for real estate.

Company agents
Properties for sales which can be converted into a sale transaction or leased transaction
Properties bought.. 

Has anyone done any kind of mods similar to this?

Agents are Salesmen in FA.
Properties are product items for sale or use recurring billing for leases.
