How to install simple Chinese fonts and Chinese translation?

I have installed Chinese fonts according to https://frontaccounting.com/wbt/pages/download/download-fonts.php

And quite confused about comment "This is a simple chinese font. Download, unpack and move the files to /reporting/fonts folder. That's it. If you use this font, please change the font name in /reporting/includes/class.pdf.inc file about line 90."

Actually, line 90 is nothing related with above explanation, can anyone here let me know how to do?

Also downloaded translation form sourceforge https:/sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=193252&package_id=270717, installed zh_CN210.zip, I mean .mo .po file.

I don't know what does it mean "zh_CN 2.X (14%) ", just translated 14%? But I can't see any Chinese characters on web UI.

I have installed FrontAccounting 2.1.2

Any help is well appreciated?
