Topic: Disable this Branch

hi
if i disable this Branch, i can't go back. when i new a sales order, the system inform me the select custom is hold on. is it a bug?

I am not sure if I understand what you mean.
If you disable a branch, it will not show up in the Branch list in Sales Order.
If this was the only branch, FA will ask you to create a branch.
To enable a branch again, just go to branches, select the customer and the branch (edit) and enable it again.

thanks joe, i fix the problem. because i choose the wrong credit status.
