Topic: Backup and Restore Database

Hi,

My database is currently more then 400mb of size but when i am trying to take backup of database from Backup and Restore Database.

when i click Create Backup ..ITS STARTED but after 10min its suddenly stop and there is no backup of database and nor any error message display in page ...early when database size was near to 25mb it was happening ...but suddenly its has stop

please let me know what i have to do ...

If most of your database size is due to logs, then arrange to delete them first. With such a large database, the script will timeout on a slow connection. Take a backup using CLI on the terminal.

your mysql client can help you to take a backup. else increase your php timeout. it will help you to get the backup
