Delivery date options

I would like to see the following option associated with any delivery or due dates.

One could select:-
'On' - where an items is due one the entered date.
'No Later than' - An item is due before the entered date.
'Week commencing' - an item is due during the week number derived from the entered date. It would be also beneficial to be able to see the actual week number on reports etc.
