Topic: Bank Account Transfers with different currencies

Hello,

I am doing Bank Account Transfers from Petty cash (USD) to bank1 (EUR) ,
The screen have filed called Incoming Amount: , so what is this mean ?
 
is this the exchange rate , why is not it calculated automatically ?

This is the exact foreign amount to enter here. This is to avoid rounding errors.
