Topic: Compel to release the modified version to the users/public?

I intend to host an enhanced/modified version of front accounting on the web for users to subscribe at a fee.

I am not selling the front accounting software but merely using the enhanced front accounting to provide accounting services.

I want to know am I compel to release the modified version to the users/public?

Please advise.

No, you are not. However if you feel you can contribute some features/improvements back to core FA you are very welcome.
