Zen import does not appear

Dear all of you.

I installed FC 2.3 last version.
I want to activate the zen import module, I did install it. but it does not appear in the user rights part. When I set the csv import i see it immediately, and can use it. Only the zen module is not?
Where is the mistake, I probably made.
