Checks and Credit Card Payments

iv been looking every where for Payment Methods

Cash
Check
Credit Card

as these are the most used ,so i can have a log of check and credit Numbers and Due Dates

can any one know how to activate this ,i only can do direct enters to my checking account with out putting a check date or check number
