Exclusive is available via our extension repository (since FA 2.3RC). Select the theme under Setup/Install Themes.

I've checked. But how am I suppose to download the themes when I installed it locally on my pc? It doesn't connect to the internet and download from your site.

Just install FA on another box connected to internet, install seeletced theme, then yo can simply copy new subfolder created in themes directpry to your pc.
