Topic: /.../session.inc on line 169 error message

Somtimes I'm getting the error message:
"Undefined index: language in /.../session.inc on line 169" error message only on the sign in page.

I'm running Linux, 5.1.6-15.el5

Safe mode is off. I'm running several other DBs on this site that use sessions and they have no problems.

Ideas?
