Why Batch Import Sale Module is Not working

Hello, I am currently trying to shift from another software. Problem is I am using import of sales invoices but when I upload a CVS file, in the top the green loading line is showing and afterwards there is nothing.
No response.

Is that module is not update or something other reason.?

I am also downgrading the PHP version same issue.
