Topic: Can't add a new supplier

During the process of adding a new supplier, I fill out all of the requested information; however, when I click on the "Add new supplier details" button, I am taken to a page that only says "Back." There are no suppliers that I am able to add.
Kindly assist me!

Check out the debug and debugsql settings in config.php

What do your Apache/PHP logs say?
